Shipping policy

Shipping:
All of our items are handmade to order. As a result, certain items may take longer to produce. Please allow 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS for production. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. If you need your order right away, please contact hello@vidakush.com after placing your order and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you.

Shipping Times:
Domestic: 3-7 business days
International: 10-15 business days
Missing/Lost Packages:
We accept full liability for the care of your order until it has been turned over to USPS, at which point all delivery claims and inquiries are processed through the USPS claim management system. USPS is liable for all packages lost in transit. All packages marked successfully delivered by USPS are not subject to refund inquiries. More info here.
If your tracking information indicates that your package was a) delivered but you are unable to find it at your address or b) not delivered and appears to be stuck in transit, we recommend checking with your USPS delivery person as a first step. If the issue is not resolved, please visit your local post office with your tracking number, name, and address so that a USPS employee can check if your packing is being held at their location. If you are still unable to locate your package after taking the steps outlined above, we recommend filing a claim with USPS.
Returned Packages:
If your package was returned to the sender because of incorrect shipping information, failure to sign for a package, or any other reason it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all additional shipping costs. Our team will reach out to you to arrange redelivery in the event your order is returned to us.
